Ten 01's "Do-Over" on Portland Food & Drink

Marshall and Carolyn Manning, contributors to Portland Food & Drink, wrote a delicious piece on the recent Ten 01 preview dinner. Like us, they agree that it was superb. But unlike us, they actually know how to write about food beyond "YUM"... Don't read it on an empty stomach.
