Lizard Lounge, the new retailer-slash-neighborhood lounge we mentioned last week, has a small blurb in today's Portland Business Journal feed.

California clothier Lizard Lounge will open in the Pearl District's newly renovated Crane Building, 1323 N.W. Irving St.

Lizard Lounge is a new concept from Horny Toad, of Santa Barbara, Calif. Horny Toad makes adventure-oriented clothing and will open its first-ever Lizard Lounge in Portland this summer.

Guardian Management LLC invested $22.3 million to renovate the historic Crane Building, which reopened in 2006. The building consists of penthouses, office space, apartments and ground-level retail. The seafood restaurant Bay 13 opened there in February.
