Ben & Jerry's Opens Friday!

The Pearl District Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop is almost open for business! The new location starts dishing out scoops this Friday, June 29.

Oh heaven. Ice cream and cupcakes all in the same building. Speaking of...any word when Babycakes opens next door?

I think Baby Cakes is slated to open by July 9th, if all goes well. The owner mentioned perhaps even being able to do a little preview in time for next week's First Thursday (7/5)...
