The SustainableLife insert in yesterday's Portland Tribune included an article on companies that are purchasing carbon offsets to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions by compensating for their carbon dioxide use. (Yeah, we had to read that several times as well. Check out the article for a much, much better explanation.)
All of the featured companies - Nau, Hot Lips and Keen, Inc. - have Pearl District locations. Kudos to them!
