Gerding Edlen Puts Brewery Blocks Up for Sale

According to BizJournals, Gerding Edlen, the development company behind the Brewery Blocks, is ready to cash in its investment. The listing includes Blocks 1, 4 and 5 (home to Whole Foods, P.F. Changs, the Louisa apartments, etc.). The sale is not expected to change the nature of the neighborhood or the businesses that occupy the Brewery Blocks.
