Today's NY Times covers the recent "bloggiest neighborhoods" ranking by Outside.In:

The Latest Must-Have for Yuppies: A Blog About the Neighborhood
First come the renovated condominiums, the latte bars and the expensive baby strollers. Next, apparently, come the bloggers.

It's interesting that they seem to lump all the neighborhoods on the "bloggiest" list into the yuppy category... not sure if that's necessarily the case, but the article's mention of how neighborhood gentrification is tied to blogging is interesting nonetheless. The Pearl District, in case you missed it, was named the 6th bloggiest neighborhood in the country.
